Application and registration procedure

Our application is done online through the form linked on the last tab of this walkthrough. Please fill out the requested information accurately and clearly. If you have a university email address, provide us with an alternate personal email address as well.

We work based on rolling admissions, meaning that we stop accepting applications when all three sessions are full.

Your application will be reviewed by our academic board and they will decide whether or not you are approved to register for the program. The board has a meeting every Monday, shortly after that you will be notifed on their decision.

Again, everyone gets an answer, so get back to us if you did not receive it.

If you are accepted to the program you will receive the registration packet and a request for the registration fee (500€).

If you are not accepted, you may re-apply next year. Refusal often is caused by a lack of available slots.

In order to lock your spot in one of the sessions, the registration packet has to be returned to us (scanned version by e-mail) and the registration fee needs to be payed. You will be given two weeks to complete this, after that two week window we can not guarantee your spot to still be available.

A few weeks after your registration you will receive the final invoice for the program fees. The due date for the balance will be another 3 to 4 weeks. Upon clear (and timely!) request this due date can be changed to suit your capabilities.

On the invoice you will also have the opportunity to choose a payment plan. The invoice will state at least 3 options for a payment schedule in 2 to 4 installments. If none of these payments schedules suit you we will look into the possibility of tailoring one for you.

If you are paying in installments, a small extra administrational fee can be charged, but there will be no interest cost or other charges.
